Running =)

It's a sin to keep blogging about food. Drooling in front of screen is a bad feeling right? Cuz I'm the one too who keep drooling when read other blogger's food post! wtf... I gonna eat this too! This sentence always come out in my mind. Sibeh kiasu~ =D I'm the typical asians who love to take pictures for the food 1st. Always "Let's the camera eat first!" =D

I have to write something meaningful besides of food, to let my blog looks lively and of cuz healthier!!
Every girl will care her appearance and body figure when reach certain age, including me. Compare to teenagers nowadays, I am very late to care my body figure and appearance. I always amazed to the girls who younger than me, can keep their body figure in perfect and very professional in make up skill. Feel so failed being a girl~ and so regret why I don't keep fit when I was young!! No idea where is my confidence came from, I think I'm not easy to get fat that time. So I always eat many food I like *Please punch me*

So, don't learn from me! =( You gonna regret. If can let me go back to the past, I will exercise at least 3 times per week, and eat vegetables as well. So that I can wear those pretty and nice shirt and dress!!
I'm not sure the exactly date I started running at my Uni track, but I know is when I was sem 2. What is the reason I started running? Probably is becuz the boyfie said I need to do some workout. =( I know right, I have a fat thigh and fat arm, it's make me not dare to wear sleeveless shirt and hot short pant. I believe this is a problem every girl who is chubby will face it.

So, I started running.

At the beginning, I only can run 2 or 3 laps. About 800 m to 1200 m. I chose to get some rest instead of continue running. My strength of will is too weak made me unable to persist. So, I maintained run about 3 laps every time in these 2,3 months. So regret now... I was staying hostel that time, I could just walked to my Uni track, is so convenient! And most important is, it's safer compare to run at outside! But I wasted the convenient which offered by my Uni. Since I'm not stay at hostel anymore, I have to run on road, around the
house area. I know it's dangerous but no choice, my friends only drive to Uni track once per week. It's not enough for me. So I always bring my pepper spray when I running on road.

I did not improve my practice. After I read running forum on cari.my. I was amazed there are a lot of peoples love running and they even can run 10 km above in each time practices. I'm very envious they could join all the marathon and fun run held in Malaysia. And I also realized there are many events held in every year. I know I don't have any good habit, so I told myself, why not take running as a habit. You don't need to buy any expensive equipment, just a pair of sport shoe will do. You don't need to date with friend, you can run at what time you want, wear a pair of sport shoe and you can chic out alone. So, I started to improve my running endurance to run farther and faster.

It's so motivated when I had downloaded the running GPS track to record the distance and speed. I had tried few apps, and Nike+ running is the better for me. Many of cari forum runners are recommend too. I got to know how far and how long I have ran by using this apps and I got the motivation to continue run to know what is my greatest strength. =D I can tell it is so satisfied and you will feel awesome once you got the improvement. Even just a little bit. But I would happy whole day.
Besides of thinking to keep fit, I come to understand the joy of running. It's really enjoyable when you are sweating after you have done. Not cheating, you sure will love it when you start to run.

Now I practice myself to run at least 3.5 km in half an hour. Running not just good for your health, it's also can train your perseverance. I am a person who very easy to give up, so I have to find a way to get rid of it. Listening music while running is my only way to persevere.
This is my best record, so embarrassed. hahaha~ 4.68 miles mean is about 7.5 km in an hour. And yup, that is my first time ran an hour. lol~ It's so ashamed cuz I started running for so long and now only can run an hour! *bang door* It's okay, it's never too late right?! Anyhow, the important is I GOT IMPROVEMENT! *comfort myself*

So back to my hometown having my sem break, my mum wouldn't allow me to run alone on road. So, this was my first time running indoor.
People say it's much more difficult running on road compare to indoor. Bcuz you have to face the wind resistance, uneven and hard road. So before I run, I was so arrogant. I think it's sup sup water for me to run indoor cuz I used to run outdoor. But I'm totally wrong!! I feel like wanna stop when reach 20 minutes!! Ohmigawd~running on treadmill, I can't feel the fresh air, I can't use my apps to record how far I have ran, and I din't use earphone to listen music since there's music playing around and it's so boring I only can stare at the time changes every second. wtf...why the time passes so damn slow!! =(
But I would take this as a challenge, I believe I can running on treadmill to break my record.

This coming February I have joined a fun run event at Midvalley. Can't wait for it. It's a charity run, and I force my boyfie to come with me too. Although is only 5 km, but never mind lah, I will join 10 km in next event. =D
