Alexis' Cakes =)

A very short update. =D
Finally I got to try the dessert at Alexis Bistro @The Gardens. I've been craving for their famous cakes since I heard pretty of good comment of their BEST tiramisu and pavlova cakes.

Here is the tiramisu cake (RM16) The strawberry sauce comes with the cake and the top layer of cake full of pecan and caramel. Boyfie not really likes the top layer, maybe it's too heavy and sweet for him. He cut down the top layer and give it to me. wtf..and then he joined up two pieces together after I had scolded him.

And Pavlova cake (RM16) Taste not bad, and I really love to eat fresh strawberry~

The cakes are taste so good~!! I really love their tiramisu cake! so creamy and soft~especially the chocolate bits in the layer.

And we had ordered pizza, honestly I quite disappointed of their pizza, it is too salty for me.

The Red Revenge!

I had applied some promoter jobs before I found my part time teacher job. But it's seem like all doesn't need me, so I just give up. lol
If you have followed my twitter you would know that last Thursday I got an unknown number sent me a message about greeting me, I was thinking is my long lost friend but actually nope. She is the Project Manager and asking me whether have interested to work as sampling promoter on this weekend at Tesco Kajang. Everything was so sudden. =D
After I promised, the supervisor was calling me the next day, he told me what time should I come and everything I need to prepare. I can tell all of you, I'm actually a bit nervous because it is my first time work as promoter!! lol! Unbelievable right?! Because I think that promoter job is necessary stage for youngsters!! *ridiculous thought* hahahahaha....

I'm actually selling Kewpie mayonnaise and its other products such as soy sauce. It's Japanese style mayonnaise and soy sauce.

Day 2, I was busying set up my booth. I need to carry the booth from the staff entrance to my place. The booth is so damn freaking heavy!! Fortunately I'm still strong enough.

There are something really out of my expectation happened on these two working days. On the first day, I met my old friend when I was having my dinner. We never meet each other since we graduated at primary school. I'm quite embarrassed because I did not  recognize him at first sight. He came and said hi to me, I'm really get shocked! We were greeting each other and I only know he is working as wealth planner.
On day 2, I met my another old friend again! we also never meet each other long time ago~!! He is the supervisor of other brands, shocked again! =D He is still very funny like those day!

Another thing happened unexpected, my sim card was crap when I was working =( It's only showed emergency calls signal whole day! I keep on off my phone but useless, luckily I brought two phones, I still able to contact people by using another phone. Thx God~!
I'm actually wanna tell is, at the moment I found my phone's problem, an uncle passing by and looking at me. I quickly hide my phone once I realize, then I introduced the products for him and gave him a big smile. He asked me many questions, I was thinking that he was probably another supervisor came and spot check me. My supervisor has told me before I work.

I feeling weird when he was talking more and more, he asked where I study, how old am I, my sibling's career and many!! He gave me his name card, dafuq! He is actually working as property trading! wtf wtf!! And then he non-stop told me about property. He told me if I got any friends wanna sell or buy house can find him. =.=! He asked my phone number summore when he is going to leave. Weird man! really waste my time to listen his story, but the main point is he din't buy my product!!! cheap man!!

The conjuring scary movie I had watched with my boyfie yesterday!! I think I getting older bcuz I can't stand watching scary movie at cinema anymore. I like to watch it when I'm still a teenager bcuz I found it is so CIKEK!

But now I feel it's quite tired for me, I need to cover my eye every times and couldn't relax to watch show. We spend money for the tickets, so it's suppose to relax not scare ourselves right?! Boyfie said I waste money cuz I din't watch many scary scenes!

 

what should I put the title: grumbling+nom-ing

I think I becoming lack of inspiration to blog nowadays. I try to squeeze something out to blog,but nothing!! Maybe I should try share something useful information to all of you? maybe? try lah..haha!
Forgive me cuz I wanna grumble here.

Hey! If you are the child's parents, sincerely I want to tell you, YOUR CHILD is that you had been waiting for 10 months to born. So you have the right and responsibility to educate your child. Don't be so naive to think that you giving out the money for tuition fees and can ensure that your child could get an A in the subject. Tuition center is just a platform for enhance their learning ability, what we only can do is just giving more and more extra exercises to them,teaching and telling them which question they usually went wrong. That's it. Usually the typical tuition center only has two hours in one day for teaching, that is still not enough for you child, if you want your child gets a good result in their exam. What should parents do is, you need to accompany them and better learn together with them. If you think you unable to teach them well, it's okay you can just ask them to revise themselves, instead of take them everywhere when you know they actually have an exam tomorrow. Ended up they have no time to revise. Once the results came out, parents going to blame the teacher who din't teach well for their children. I know some of the parents not even know when their children going to exam, urgh..excuse me, are you the child's parent or me?
Indeed, educate a child is not easy. I'm quite worry cuz parents are more concern their career nowadays. They trying hard to earn much more money and give them a better life, but they don't know what children actually need is CARING. Caring and communication both are IMPORTANT.

Last Saturday went to Setia Alam night market, first time to go and it's actually the longest night market in Malaysia. So many food are selling at there! =D I feel like wanna try all the food stalls, but I know someone not allow me to do so. =stay healthy= = stay healthy= keep in my mind.
So I just randomly choose some I wish to try.

Roasted quail eggs! hehe..if you familiar with me, you will know I super love eat egg!! *drooling* with added the mayonnaise sauce.

The boss called this Tokyo pancakes. Aha =D 

Inside got some red bean paste and the green colour one is pandan flavour. Taste not bad, chewy enough!

Boyfie bought this for himself. *krak krak* sound around there when he talking phone with me just now. nice huh?

With ham and some vege of cuz got my favourite cheese sauce!! *nom nom* 

Last but not least!! smelly tofu!! 臭豆腐！One of the reason I came here just wanna to try this!! Wondering why the food so smelly but still many people love it! wanna to find out what taste actually is.

It's smell like drain water *vomit* luckily not shit smell, cuz I read the news some of the seller really soak the tofu inside shit water. dafuq..disgusting! It's happened in China. Btw, I really don't like the taste =X abit sour taste, still not understand why people love it. The boyfie keep wanna buy two packs, but luckily I insist to buy one pack!!

After that..Burger King as our dinner!! Our appetite is so terrible horrible!! Teach me how I burn all this calories!

Another day with boyfie, 许留山 芒果小盛宴 fresh mango fruit dessert! So nice~wanna try it again.

Eldest sis back from Langkawi, bought some chocolates. *non-stop nom-ing again* =D

Nom Nom post

Before start my holiday, I have predicted myself would gain weight. So I just only wish I could maintain my weight, lose weight is just a vain dream for current me now. I couldn't resist mother's home cooked cuisine.
Why why gain weight is so much easier than lose weight. It is so unfair because some of the girls wouldn't gain weight no matter how much they ate! So much envy those girls..T_T I wish I can be one of them. *dreaming*

Sharing with all of you this homemade milk custard recipe. I read this recipe on Cari.com.my , actually it's not difficult to make and the ingredients easily can get at your home. You just need an egg, fresh milk 200ml and sugar 15grams.

 材料
 鸡蛋一只，鲜牛奶200ML，糖15克

  做法
1, 鲜奶加糖隔水加热，把糖搅拌均匀。看到奶准备结奶皮就关火拿出来放凉待用。
2, 鸡蛋打散，一般打5，6分钟，打到起泡泡，蛋液呈水状就可以了。
3, 把蛋液倒进已经摊凉的牛奶中，搅拌均匀。如果想更滑，可以过筛去掉泡泡。
4, 把3加盖，防止倒汗水，放在锅里待水滚后慢火蒸5，6分钟，关火焖一下。香滑炖蛋出炉咯~
小诀窍:
1.奶一定要隔水热。
2.蛋一定要打到气泡，呈水状，变稀。3.如果是农家蛋，比较小个头的，建议用2只鸡蛋，200ML的奶。

chiam chiam!! I was successful to make my milk custard! But I put too many sugar so it's a bit sweet. But it's very smooth and soft as jelly~ So all of you can try to make it!

Gelato~!! hehe~ I thought ‘Gelato’ this word is the brand of the ice-cream, but after I watched Despicable me2, the minions got said gelato too, and I google it, it's actually Italian word for Ice-cream. Btw, this gelato is super duper nice!! I had ate this at Setia City Mall, but I'm sorry I forgot to note down what brand izit, I only could read the G word on the cup. 

Oh ya~ Despicable me2 is the mainstream now, everyone is crazy for the minions, the McD is giving out the toys once you buy the happy meal. Last week ate McD with family, but they already announced the minions toy was sold out! OMG...Malaysia people are crazy~! Seriously they really so in love with the minions or they just Kia Su? lol..

First try KOMUGI bread, since I saw many people willing to queue, so I just bought some bread to my family~ =D din't take picha of the breads I bought, all inside stomach, eh..should be outside Indah Water processing..LOL btw, it's taste not bad, but I still prefer the loaf.. =X
