This challenge not only good for your leg but it also good for us to learn how to control ourselves, I'm always telling myself to stick to the plan and I would feel better after I finish it. And the happiest is, I could see my leg is different now! I mean my leg got a bit bit muscles compare to last time. Just a bit bit.. Ahahaha~

Here are my result after I had done 250 squats! Such an effective workout, and you can just do it in home.
I was so regret cuz I din't bring my yoga map to here. I wanna try the other 30 days challenges such as plank and abs workout cuz my belly is too annoying!!

Last week was our course dinner and also farewell our seniors. They gonna graduate in this year, and next year is my turn! So fast!!
All my course mates was dressing up nicely~~
