Squat challenge is completed!!

Hola~ After more than one month, I'm here to tell you that I have done my 30 days squat challenge. I'm so proud of myself cuz I managed to finish 250 squats in a day! At first, everyone thought it was impossible to finish 250 squats, including me. But now I can tell you, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! Is lame but is so true. It's just depends on your strength of willpower.
This challenge not only good for your leg but it also good for us to learn how to control ourselves, I'm always telling myself to stick to the plan and I would feel better after I finish it. And the happiest is, I could see my leg is different now! I mean my leg got a bit bit muscles compare to last time. Just a bit bit.. Ahahaha~

In case you din't see it, follow the arrow sign. LOL~Not really obvious though.. slightly calf muscles.

Here are my result after I had done 250 squats! Such an effective workout, and you can just do it in home.

I was so regret cuz I din't bring my yoga map to here. I wanna try the other 30 days challenges such as plank  and abs workout cuz my belly is too annoying!!

Last week was our course dinner and also farewell our seniors. They gonna graduate in this year, and next year is my turn! So fast!!
 All my course mates was dressing up nicely~~

Do you dare to accept this challenge?

Halo~ I've been doing squats since few days ago. It's an effective way to tone up thigh and butt muscle.
I'm starting with 30 reps on first day, and everyday add up 5 to 10 reps. Today I had done 60 reps, guess I will follow the schedule from the picture, and hope I won't give up half way lah!!

Charity Fun Run@MidValley

Haro! I'm back to KT again for continue my sem 4 and back to my independence life!*so sad* It's another challenge for me, but I won't give up and will try my best to enjoy my Uni life. I felt so depressed last week when I was just back to here, I so miss my mum cooked and everything and everyone in my hometown. :(

Fortunately, my depression only last for few days, it had gone after I back from my fun run event on last Sunday. =D
Guess I had told in my previous post about I joined Midvalley Charity Fun Run. It was my first time joined this kind of running event and the happiest thing is I had done this with my boyfie. Boyfie never practice before the fun run, but he could even run faster than me! I'm so proud of him. =D Before run, I told my boyfie don't wait me if I too slow, we can meet at the finish line. But, he said he wanna run with me and wait me as well, he wanna cross the finish line together with me. *so touching* 
We reached there around 6.30am. All the people were waiting there and busy meet up with their friends. Before the run, we were also having a short warm up session hosted by coach from Fitness Celebrity. After finish warm up, we start to run at 7am sharp.

This is how I look like when I was just finished run and got my finisher medal. *sweating face* So happy we had done 5km in 26 minutes. And we got a goodie bag and some food and drinks after finished.

Wonder why I was holding the balloons? haha....we need to hold a balloon when we were running second laps. Interesting right? lol~
